“Great company, I ordered from them in 2012 and again this year (2019). It's a shame they didn't have the same flooring but that's understandable considering the time. The new flooring is just as great - would highly recommend ! Few cons or improvement areas. the wood pieces come in 5 diff sizes in the pack, would have been nice to know as I had to change the design I wanted to lay. They only offer kerbside delivery, if you're paying for it or if the order is over £1000 I would have thought they could improve this aspect of their service to deliver inside your house - food for thought FactoryDirectFlooring.”

“Great range of flooring. Making structural changes to our current house and needed to match our current solid wood floor (10 years old) in a number of areas where walls were removed. At Factory direct we found a matching floor range and had it delivered to our door within days. It’s a great match with great service from start to end of our contact with Factory Floor Direct.”

“Happy with service, can't fault. Delivery driver was superb, went that extra mile for my partner and lifted packs from pallet and to the back door, thank you so much!! As a fellow trucker I commend your Driver highly, great show my friend!! A small suggestion to improve service further, could try make the hour call something that does happen instead of just a request 👍 all in all happy with service and delivery!! Thank you!”
