“Ordered a free sample and it arrived within a couple of days. A bit small though. Anyway, we will order the cushion vinyl flooring through the website when the build is complete.”

“Samples arrived within 2 days. I was unsure of the quantity I needed to order so rang and spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful. I placed the order on line and almost immediately received a phone call advising me of the delivery date and time. Excellent service up to now.”

“good ordering, great samples...let down unfortunately by bad delivery - waitied in all day from 8-6pm, only for the driver to turn up at 7pm ! Marred what looks like a great company !”

“Asked for a free sample of one colour. It came in a couple of days, free of charge. I loved it but,hey I’m a woman so a couple of days later I changed my mind. I asked for two more samples. They came,again free of charge so I was able to really compare them. Brilliant service and,yes,I did decide on my original choice.”

“We chose to use Factory Direct Flooring after receiving a few free samples through the post. The samples looked a much better quality then anywhere else (despite being a cheaper option) and professionally labelled etc. We placed the order online and found everything really easy and straight forward. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional during the call to arrange delivery and the delivery was exactly as planned-on time and everything! We're very impressed with the laminate and keep getting compliments off friends and family. We wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent service, product arrived on time as promised. Product is second to none. As a professional user I've done thousands of mtrs laminate flooring and this stuff is child's play to put together. Great product and it wears well in a nursing home.”
