“Factory Direct Flooring have a fantastic range of flooring. We were looking for Luxury Vinyl and were blown away with the choice of colours and styles. I ordered a few samples to have a look at in our dining room, these arrived the day after I ordered them! We eventually settled on a colour and went online to order, the process was so easy and quick. The calculator that works out how much you need is so helpful, and when you add something into your basket the website brings up accessories that go with what you are buying. We found this even more helpful as we didn't really know where to start. We ordered all our LVT and accessories on Saturday night and they got delivered on the following Wednesday. Their delivery team is brilliant, they kept in touch with us to make sure someone would be in to take receipt of the delivery and make sure it wasn't damaged and that it was all there. As if this wasn't enough, we got a discount on our flooring from the website too! I can't recommend Factory Direct Flooring enough, and can't wait to get our new floor down this weekend. Thank you Factory Direct Flooring!”

“The flooring was a nice colour and seemed to be of good quality. However the clicking system was not good, it was hard to click in and kept coming undone. It took a long time to lay, as the row's had to be undone to relock planks that had come undone again. Delivery driver was unable to use tail lift to lower wood to the kerb, So my partner and I had to unload the wood ourselves from the wagon.”

“This is our third order for flooring. On this occasion, vinyl flooring in contrast to the two orders for 18mm oak engineered wooden flooring. I found the service impeccable and quality of products superb. I have no hesitation but to recommend this company and I would not hesitate to put in another order. Thanks again LSG”
