“After refusal of my first delivery of my vinyl flooring order due to clear damage of the package and bubbling of the vinyl surface, the delivery driver called me and said that he could not deliver the 2nd attempt as it was damaged. Factory Direct Flooring were very helpful in arranging for yet another delivery of a third order within 4 days. Let's hope there are no further problems I am now over a week late with the project that I can't even start until the flooring is down. This is becoming a bit of a farce....”

“The vinyl plank was excellent and went down easily and I only had ,2 lengths left over, however there was a bit of a problem with some of the grey laminate as some of the panels appeared not to be straight on the edges and would not fit properly and had to be discarded. There also appears to be a problem with the quantity. I wanted 12m2 which would have been 5 packs but somehow I ended up with 8 packs and have these left over. Unfortunately I took all but 1 pack out of the packing and disposed of the packing before I started fitting the flooring.”

“Cant fault the service, ordered free samples of click vinyl and were delivered within 4 days. Chose product and ordered online and had a phone call within 30 mins to arrange delivery and colour of trims. Ordered tue pm and delivered thurs am, what more could you ask for, first class service. Cant comment on the product as not been laid yet.”

“The service was of a very high standard. I ordered some floor boards and some were damaged. When I rang up to tell them it was dealt with in a very professional manner and the boards distributed without any extra charge.”

“Their product is a genuine one of high quality. I am happy to write this review because I received amazing service. The item I ordered was not available so I backordered it. They sent me a sample however when the batch was received at their warehouse, the colour was darker. They were honest ,sent another sample without even being asked to and I chose another product because it was too dark. Honesty is appreciated and the customer service is fast and as it should be.”

“Liked being able to choose 2 samples, which you delivered at no cost, with free delivery, within 2 days. Chose one, and ordered it. Phone call from you the next day, asking when would be convenient for delivery. Delivered as promised. Quality product, at a discount price. The high street has lost me as a customer, I would use your firm every time. Thank you.”

“Samples I sent for arrived quickly. I still could not make my mind up about the new flooring for my bathroom so rang for advice about colour. The suggestion made was spot on so I went ahead and ordered. Delivery was prompt, communication excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Now all we have to do is complete the plumbing before laying the flooring. Can't wait to see the finished effect!”
