“ALLWAS FINE EXCEPT DELIVERY WAS ARRANGED FOR THURSDAY I STAYED IN ALL DAY PHONED AFTER 4 PM TO CHECK WAS TOLD IT WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY,”

“I just received my order of herringbone parquet flooring from Factory Flooring Direct and the quality of product is amazing. Me and my wife are very happy with the products we ordered and the delivery was prompt and we were notified of delivery well in advance of the time it was delivered. The pallet of stuff we ordered was well packed and there were no broken items on receipt of the delivery. I look forward to laying our new floor and will hopefully be ordered with Factory Flooring Direct in the future.”

“Products are a good price. Flooring delivery booked in, carpet fitter booked for day after delivery. Only half the order arrived and now cannot be delivered for a further 5 days. Inconvenient for me and the carpet fitter.”

Hi Mr O'keefe We are sorry for the problem regarding one of your items that was mis routed - as we have the weekend and Bank Holiday Monday, of course this has caused a delay in getting the replacement to you. We do always advise not to book installers until you have the goods with you, just in case anything happens with the transport. I can see a replacement has been arranged for you. It goes without saying, we will monitor the delivery closely to try to ensure there are no further problems. As stated over the telephone, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay.

“Purchased engineered wood flooring from Factory Direct. The goods were delivered on the stated day. The flooring acclimatised in the house for at least week before we started to fit the flooring. Generally the floor is good but we had a couple of issues. Thank goodness we ordered an extra three square meters. A couple of issues that we have with the flooring. The floor planks were in varying lengths. The problem we had was the 1200mm and 900mm plank lengths were all warped. This did cause some difficulty when installing the planks. The other issue we have is the number of planks for the different lengths. Why so many 350mm, 400mm and 450mm planks and only one 1200mm per box. Very few 900mm planks. A fair number of 850mm and 750mm. No 600mm planks at all. If boxes come with varying lengths then I think better advice should be provided. This caused a lot of problems with planning and teh laying out of the planks. The other issue we had was a number of our 1200mm planks which were in short supply, the wood and the planks were cracked therefore could not be used.”

“I have used Factory Direct Flooring before. as a tradesman i rely on quality and after sale customer service. I always use 12mm minimum products which give a perfect Finnish. I was a couple of boxes short of my own fault. they had them shipped out next day. thanks Mike and team. will use you again and again. already recommended you to my next 3 clients. many thanks Tradematebuilders.”
