“I submitted a question about the flooring I was interested in. I never received a reply. Therefore I had to take a leap of faith and just order regardless.. I deliberated on the rating and have ranked acceptable as I have not received the flooring yet but the pricing was very good.”

“Product was as described and same quality as another I had purchased at twice the price. Delivery was easy to set up, we had vinyl flooring and underlay (underlay is very thin but my measuring skills are perhaps not desirable) easy company to deal with and will certainly be back for more rooms flooring when I get to them :) thank you.”

“Very easy ordering and all arrived very promptly. If I have one negative comment the rugs smell quite strongly of the rubber backing but I am sure it will fade. Very happy with my purchases and would recommend”

“The products supplied were first class and only scored 4 stars due to delivery and communication problems. The current situation with covoid 19 probably accounts for the communication difficulties but standing about for 8 hours waiting for a timed AM delivery was an absolute pain. Full marks to the Company as they quickly reimbursed the additional delivery charge.”

“I ordered two samples, on the day the samples arrived, my wife and I decided which one of the two we preferred, we went onto the web site to order the one we wanted to find it is now no longer available, surely they must of known they were being discontinued.”

“Purchased some LVT click flooring, my professional floor fitter said it was the worst flooring he had ever used. The tongue and grove ridges that are supposed to connect the floor together are so flimsy they just snap off, out of 2 boxes he got 6 planks down. I also tried it myself and they came straight off. Factory direct flooring collected the flooring back, however charged me for the collection and refused to give me a refund for the opened boxes as there was no manufacturing defect with the flooring, despite the product clearly not being fit for use. I purchased a different brand of click LVT which was fitted with no problems.Very dissapointed with the customer service”

“Easy to follow web site, very informative with no hidden extras. Prices seem very competitive for the quality of products and the whole process was simple and straightforward. I have yet to lay the floor but it looks and feels goid quality. And a massive shout out to the delivery driver who went above and beyond after finding his way blocked by badly parked vehicles, he hauled the pallet if flooring all the way up our road to deliver when he could have just given up. If this is an example if the company ethos then I am so glad I picked Factory Direct Flooring”

“Ordered a couple of free samples. Despite all that is going on, samples came in 3 days. Quality of the vinyl exceeds any other samples I've viewed/ ordered. Will definitely consider purchasing. Update of dispatch recieved, no complaints with service!”

“After spending quite a lot of money on vinyl flooring I had £90 extra delivery charge for highland and islands in which it arrived 3 days late after being given a delivery date by Factory flooring direct. With the current Covid-19 restrictions I was unable to check the delivery once delivery was made. After the delivery driver left I noticed 3 Boxes damaged in which all the planks inside was broken also. I've opened all the boxes (7 in total ) and found another box of broken planks. I initially reported 3 boxes damaged and there is 3 more coming but put a big delay on the project.”
