“Impressed. The chaps on the phone were so helpful - real people in an Internet setting. The prices are excellent - We ended up with some great quality oiled engineered flooring - great product. Recommending them left right and centre.”

“Staff were very helpful. I found the online booking system a bit difficult but the staff were very happy to help. I had to place a second order which was easy to do which included a refund for a second delivery charge which was processed very quickly. The order was delivered when it said it was goind to be, flooring has been laid and it looks great. Thank you”

“Product delivered as stated. Only issue was I was asked by Factory Flooring to inspect the product prior to the delivery leaving. The driver stated that he had no time to wait and it wasn't their policy for the customer to unwrap and check the product as the had nothing to re seal the product if it was rejected. Fortunately the wrapping was clear plastic and I could visually inspect through the wrapping. Previous flooring shipped by the same delivery company was damaged but again fortunately the damage which was pierced through 3 rolls was in an unused area. Looking at the way their van was loaded !! it is not surprising damage occurs. Otherwise Factory Flooring have delivered a good product on time and would use them again not so sure about the delivery company they employ locally.”

“Excellent service! Easy to navigate on-line ordering system, which is followed by a call to confirm order and delivery date. Prompt delivery. I ordered on bank holiday and I received my fabulous flooring within 48 hours.”

“Price was excellent but the materials were slightly damage on receipt. This was offset by the fact that 3m wide product was delivered rather than the 2m product ordered. How do I dispose of the large quantity of waste resulting from this?”
