“efficient ordering service. efficient communication regarding delivery with a day of my choice. Emailing with confirmation. Only negative, was told I would get a phone call one hour before delivery, but I didn't. Not really a bit thing but could have been an issue had anything unforeseen happened. Otherwise great.”

Hi Mr Evans, We do request that driver call ahead prior to delivery but as we state over the telephone this is a request only as all of our deliveries are pre arranged with you. This is also confirmed in the delivery confirmation email. Thanks for taking the time to write your review.

“I wanted a good quality commercial type laminate and found it at Factory Direct Flooring. I couldn't decide on the colour so ordered 5 different free samples which arrived the next day! When I phoned the staff were very helpful and advised on flooring amounts and accessories and then placed everything in my shopping basket ready to purchase. Very prompt delivery service offering a choice of delivery dates. Driver phoned an hour before arriving. Very pleased will definitely recommend to others.”
