Hi Gary, Thanks for taking the tie to write your review. Payment do have to be completed via our secure webpage - this is for the customers security as we do not see all of your payment information as this is screened by sage pay. This is also why we cannot manually change your delivery address as the transaction is approved by your card issuer based on the details you submit online in the billing and delivery information - again, this is for customer security. All of our deliveries are pre arranged, so our advisors contact you to confirm your order details and book a date in with you (as stated in your confirmation email ) we do this so we know the customer is fully aware of the delivery procedure - this process is normally completed within 5 minutes.

“Very pleased with the whole transaction. The pallet arrived before 10 a.m. and it all looks in good state and the colour of the wood looks good. I will update as necessary once it is all unpacked. I do not think there are any damaged packs.”

“OK, so the excellent service started with the samples I ordered which arrived the following day. And they were FREE, unlike the B&Qs of this world!! Having chosen my Aqua Plank I wanted to collect the order as it was more convenient for me, so I phone the sales number. Tim was very helpful and although I still had to place the order on-line the delivery charge would be credited back to me. 5 minutes after placing the order I got a call from Will to arrange a delivery. After a brief conversation everything was agreed followed up by an email to confirm the arrangements. Upon arriving at the showroom I was greeted with pleasant staff who loaded my car and I left happy. Another 10 minutes later I had a further email to say the credit for the delivery would be in my bank account within 3 days and sure enough it has been. From my experience I will gladly shop here again and pass on to other people looking for flooring. These guys really did make it a pleasure to shop on-line.”

“I ordered my samples, which arrived within 2 days and they were FREE! Unlike the B&Qs of this world who charge. Having chose my Aqua Plank I was ready to order, but first I called the Sales Office as I wanted to collect the same afternoon. Tom was very helpful indeed, he checked the stock and told me the delivery charge would be credited back to me as I still had to order online as normal. Within 5 minutes of the order being placed I had Will calling me to arrange a delivery. I told him I was collecting that afternoon which wasn't a problem and he sent me an email to confirm the arrangements 10 minutes later. So, I collected the order and the guys loaded into my car, 10 minutes later I had another email saying the delivery charge would be credited back to my account within 2 to 3 days. Like many of the reviews, I also have to say this has been the most easiest and pleasurable internet orders I have placed. Top marks to Factory Direct Flooring!! If I need any more flooring this place will be the first port of call for sure.”

“Pleasure doing business with this company. Small hiccup with delivery (loading error by delivery company) one phone call and prompt follow up by customer service rectified problem (thanks James). All items delivered on three days from date of order and useful that they use PayPal. Recommended!!!”

“called & chatted about selections; got samples and went with the Vinyl "AquaPlank". It fitted easily and looks good down. Our sub straight was not ideal so we had to use a 3mm foam underlay. Whilst I can see why they suggest "No Underlay" we are not getting separation at joins that we were concerned about given our use of underlay. Overall, good service, decent price, value product.”
