Dear Mr Fitch, Thank you for your review. We have sold quite a lot of the Addington smoked oak recently and this has now left us with a limited stock i'm afraid. All of our products are live on the website so stock levels change daily. I am sorry we were not able to fulfil an order on that particular product at the moment.

“Order with no issue. Ten minutes later I’m called saying flooring won’t be in stock until end of November....two month wait ! I asked to cancel order as nothing else matched. I then had to chase four times to eventually get confirmation my credit card has been refunded. Very poor service indeed will not use again and would advise checking it’s in stock before you hand over any money to this company.”

“Customer service is excellent but I'm a little disappointed with the delivery service: only able to arrange a delivery slot monday to Friday between 8-6pm. Most people work between these hours so it is difficult to be able to accept a delivery personally and to sign for it.”
