Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Medical Conditions, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Have used Explorer Travel insurance 3 times now. Friendly and helpful staff. Competitive rates with pre- existing conditions included. Had an issue at the start of the COVID epidemic where we were unable to go on our booked holiday to Mexico, but there was no delay or question from Explorer and the the premium was refunded very promptly. Have only rated 4 stars because, luckily, we have never had to make a claim against the insurance so can't pass any constructive comment, but I am confident it would be dealt with efficiently.”
