Have used Explorer Travel insurance 3 times now. Friendly and helpful staff. Competitive rates with pre- existing conditions included. Had an issue at the start of the COVID epidemic where we were unable to go on our booked holiday to Mexico, but there was no delay or question from Explorer and the the premium was refunded very promptly. Have only rated 4 stars because, luckily, we have never had to make a claim against the insurance so can't pass any constructive comment, but I am confident it would be dealt with efficiently.
