“I have use this a few years now,some times twice a year or some once.I have never had any problems what so ever,and had to claim once.I had to claim sadly after my grandson passed away 3 days old unexpectedly.And because we would have been going away in the January on a cruise is funeral was sadly when we would have been away.So all I will say Ian is that I'm not the greatest person to be filling forms out and for me was to many,so lucky for me my neiece worked in insurance (Not holiday might I add) and was on hand to help me.It could have just been it was not the right time.But other than that they were fantastic and I'm going away in May 26 and already have my insurance with them.Great job all thank you”

“I feel secure and so happy with the Explorer Travel Insurance cover I have! This is the second year I have taken travel insurance with this company as I feel confident that my policy has the cover I require should I have any health issues or any other issues while traveling abroad. When I was initially looking into this particular travel insurance I was unsure how to answer one of the health related questions so I phoned Explorer Travel Insurance and spoke with one of their operatives who was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful who understood my querie and explained exactly what information was required and obviously I was then able to give it. I always make sure when I travel abroad I have the correct travel insurance cover that I require for that particular holiday should the need arise. I have in the past witnessed for myself when things go wrong how important it is to have the back-up and the knowledge of a professional team on "your side" to sort things out for you and to relieve you of the worry of the expense! I am very happy and confident that I have Explorer Travel Insurance covering my back!”
