Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Very comprehensive cover”

“This is my favourite health travel insurance. provider. Cover is also provided for existing medical conditions at a good price. My sister also uses this company on my advice. Last year one of her holidays was cancelled by the tour company and she received an immediate refund of her insuronce premium after sending evidence of the holiday cancellation.”

“The actual process of purchasing the insurance was seamless but luckily I've never had to use the insurance for any claims, so I can't comment on how proficient the claims process is. I have used Explorer Travel Insurance several times now and have no reason not to do so on the future 😁”
