Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. “I love the pens and use them every day, I won't be using a Bic again now I have my Parker pens that's for sure! I order 2 pens, 1 blue and 1 black ink. The black one didn't work properly, so I wrote an email and received 2 more refills for free within 48 hours! Honestly I couldn't be happier, they look amazing and have got my initials engraved, top quality and really fast delivery with frequent updates on where my order was!”

Hi I am very sorry about any delays to your parcel. I can see the item was posted out on the 13th June via Express Tracked Post so should be arriving within 7-14 days. I can see we are just towards the end of that time period but the tracking is showing as been released from Denmark customs yesterday on the 22nd June and should now be being made ready for delivery. “The pen I ordered arrived safely and in good time. It was perfect except for one thing, I had ordered black ink for my biro and it arrived with blue? I rang and was answered by a really helpful and polite member of staff who was hugely apologetic and promised a refil in the post that day. It arrived the following day with an apology card and some sweets! It's not making mistakes that matter. We all can do that. Its how companies put them right. Perfect.”
