As one of the leading websites for online stationary supplies, we pride ourselves on providing unrivalled service and quality in our products. We stock many major brands such as Parker, Cross, Waterman and Lamy, but also many smaller niche brands that collectors and enthusiasts will love.

We offer a personalised engraving service for most of our products. Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. In addition there are no minimum order requirements so you can purchase 1-1000 engraved pens. If you would like a price for a bulk quote please contact us as we can offer great discounts.

We do acknowledge that there was an error with our stock system, which meant the pouch you originally ordered was unavailable, and we apologise for this. We contacted you as soon as we became aware of the issue and offered alternative options. You chose to receive an alternative pouch and have the £12 difference put towards additional black ink cartridges, which we were happy to arrange. We also kept you updated and confirmed your order was being dispatched. “After many years of searching I finally found a replacement ballpoint to match my fountain pen, but when it arrived with me it had the refill had no ink. Fortunately, I found just the thing I needed with Executive Pens and I was even more delighted when I learned they could supply me with a fine nibbed refill. The product arrived in a matter of days, well packaged and exactly as ordered. The refill fits my pen and works perfectly. Thank you, I shall definitely be back.”

Please don’t be too hard on yourself — we completely understand that it can be difficult to judge the size and proportions of a pen from photographs and measurements alone, and we’re sorry that the pen wasn’t quite what you had envisaged for your grandson’s 21st birthday. As we explained, the pen was individually engraved to your specification, so unfortunately we’re unable to accept it back for a refund or exchange as it cannot be resold. However, we do genuinely want our customers to be happy with their purchases, which is why we offered the 30% discount as a gesture of goodwill should you wish to choose an alternative pen. We appreciate that it may now be too late for the occasion, but we hope our offer may still be useful for a future gift.
