Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. “The pens were wonderful, and the engraving was first class. The two pens I ordered came out better than expected. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that the spare refill I ordered was scratchy and the ink did not flow well, like it was already dried up! This seems to be a common problem with these refills...”

“I would recommend this site to others as I had a great experience buying from you. I placed an order for my colleague. I then realised that I forgot to add his last name. So I emailed to customer services, they were really helpful they kindly picked up my email and did amend my order. I will definitely use your services in the future. HI I am pleased you were happy with our service. I can see you are uncertain about your pen engraving. We never print our pens, we don't have the facility to print pens, we only engrave the pens. Each material has a slightly different finish and depending on the material that the pen is made of, shows differing finishes to the engraving. We use laser engraving to produce most finishes and drag etching aswell depending on requirements. “My pen came really quickly. Well packaged. The sweeties were a nice touch :) Only issue - there is a small scratch on the lid of the pen - only minor.”

“It was very quick and easy to choose the pen, write the inscription and choose the font. I could pay by PayPal, which is safe and easy too. The only problem was I tried a few times to do this transaction using an Android smart phone, which wouldn't work, so as a last resort used my home computer, which did. The pen was delivered quicker than I was expecting and I was very pleased with it. Thankyou”

“Dispatch could have been quicker, especially as I paid for express delivery. Once dispatched, though, delivery was express. However, the product arrived well packaged and as described.”

“The service for ordering was easy and delivery quick but the item i got was not what i was expecting as i thought it was a zipped up case but the one that came was not, i feel it may of been the cheaper option but to busy to check as needed the folder straight away. All said and done i would use them again”

“I bought an engraved Parker IM Pen set in February and less than a month later the fountain pen dried up and wouldn't work. A change of cartridge had no effect and a telephone call to Executive pens direct led to a very helpful lady saying she would email instructions to flush the pen but as yet (two days later) nothing has been received!!”
