“They had the ink I wanted, but the delivery took a bit too long.”

“I bought an engraved Parker IM Pen set in February and less than a month later the fountain pen dried up and wouldn't work. A change of cartridge had no effect and a telephone call to Executive pens direct led to a very helpful lady saying she would email instructions to flush the pen but as yet (two days later) nothing has been received!!”

“The most recent purchase was a Lamy fountain pen. It looks a little bit on the chunky side but writes very well. Cartridges are readily available and the pen is comfortable and easy to use and maintain. The service is quick and simple and your order is delivered straight to your door. Sign for the delivery and the transaction is complete. If you have any questions or problems both are quickly delt with. In the event of product failure the problem is taken care of as quickly as possible. I have now used this service a few times and I have never been let down. Frank Cooper.”
