“I ordered from executive pens direct after they showed as 1 very competitive and 2 Local to me - pen arrived and I had a feeling it had not been engraved as ordered! It hadn't....contacted them and they were great sent a return label confirmed all details, kept me informed and pen was back with me engraved within 4 days from postage! Sometimes the sign of a good company is how they deal with an issue not just the quality of the product - will deffinately use them again”

“the Pen I purchased was competitively priced. The website straightforward until checkout when the appropriate page failed to appear. A telephone call confirmed that there were issues on the website and this was confirmed when on yet another attempt to order I was advised that I could not order in that quantity. (My order was for 1 !!!) Subject to these issues being resolved I would be quite happy to use again. The product was as expected and the engraving excellent.”

“I ordered a Pen recently that unfortunately arrived with a bit of scuffing. I contacted the team and they were exceptionally helpful and apologetic, they arranged for a replacement pen immediately and it arrived very quickly. The pen is excellent and I was very happy with they way Executive Pens Direct handled my order.”

“Everything was fine. The only thing I did not like is that I would prefer to pay with a bank transfer, but I was told to pay via paypal. Because of that I lost some money on high currency conversion fee.”
