Really disappointed to hear do not like the Holland Ivy bush you ordered from us. This is one of our most loved Ivy plants but I do appreciate that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it wouldn't be possible for it to be appealing to everyone. We do not like to have disappointed customers so do get in touch and you can talk us through what elements of the ivy you didn't like and from this we may be able to deduce an alternative that ticks all you boxes. Alternatively we have a full returns policy so would be happy to arrange the return and refund of this product for you.

“only comment is that I ordered 2 of the same outdoor plants expecting them to be similar in size and one is slightly larger than the other - noticeable to me and others who have seen it so slightly disappointed.”

“ordered artificial geranium blossom green wall and was so impressed I ordered the same amount again to cover all of an old garage wall. It is a little expensive but well worth the money would recommend to anybody. The service and delivery were better than expected”

“The Cyclamen arrived in a Jiffy bag which was put through my letter box and was very squashed. It took me ages to straighten it. I am very disappointed. The person who packaged it should have taken much more care.”

“This is the fourth Evergreen outdoor tree/shrub that we have bought and we as delighted as ever. We have a small north facing back garden the top part of which never sees the sun and so we have to use Evergreen shrubs and trees in this area. As usual the order was delivered quickly and well packaged. We are very pleased. If it is anything like our previous purchases then we will get a good few years use out of it. By the way, to prolong the looks and life we wrap the trees/shrub over winter to prolong the colour.”

“Needed 4 replacement window boxes and the services were outstanding from start to finish.was guided through the whole process by a very efficient lady Harriet. They were made in a very short timescale and are far superior to the. Previous box’s. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
