“Very realistic trailing ivy - many stems and plenty of leaves, so as to make a dramatic effect. If I had one request it would be that you offered a) appropriate pots and b) appropriate filling material so that I could have bought the whole item complete. I have gone on to buy my daughter two plants also, so a satisfied customer.”

We appreciate you taking the time out to give us feedback. I am sorry you are not happy with your Buxus Shrub. To our credit and our determent we are not particularly clever on Photoshop so any images we display on our website have not been manipulated in anyway. I appreciate it is not always easy to see exactly what a product is like on screen which is why we do have a full returns policy should you not be 100% happy. “Quality of product. I bought a purple pansy haning basket 2 years ago and it has been out in all weather without fadgin at all. I bough a mixed one this summer and the colours ringh true enough to fit in with the "real" surroudings.”

“Palm looks very authentic and adds to the ambulance of my garden ,very pleased with it . I had planned to repot it anyway just as well as the pot it arrived in was damaged in transit ,might be better to Bublewrap it.on the whole a good experience very happy”

“Service as always was excellent but with this purchase the quality of a mixed pink/red geranium hanging basket for summer was not as good as the pansy equivalent I had for winter. In particular the pink flower heads look very obviously "artificial". It's acceptable but not what I expected based on previous purchases.”
