“I would have given five stars but we ordered a special sized hedge and when it was put in position it was obvious it was not as tall as we had asked for. I left a message as it was the weekend and my call was promptly answered on the Monday . There was absolutely no quibble about replacing the hedge and the brilliant thing was it was ready the next day and we could keep the shorter hedge as well. What fantastic cusustomer service!”

“We ordered the Real touch Bamboo tree, the flat leaf mango tree and the contorted French Ficus tree all planted in the charcoal cubico planters. They look great! I had expected the flat leaf mango to be taller and a little fuller than it was in reality but it still looks good in situ. My favourite is the Ficus tree which looks really impressive. Word of warning, when you receive the top stones/glue mix with your order (if you ordered a ready planted tree) don't fill it up to the top of the planter!! I made this mistake on the first one as there were no instructions with the stones package! however the next delivery had instructions on the front when it arrived saying don't fill it up to the top!! it definitely looks much better if it's not filled to the top!! Really pleased with the purchases and would definitely recommend them! in addition whenever I had a query Jenny was great at getting back to me quickly, answering my questions and sorting out delivery issues. I will be ordering again in the future i'm sure!”

“The plant was great (a Boston fern), but I was disappointed by the taupe pot. It was made of a light plastic and was much higher than I thought it might be. I thought it might look more like a terracotta style pot. I tossed it, which was a waste. My disappointment might have been my own fault for not reading up properly on the details beforehand!”

“The trees and shrubs are of exellent quality, they look good in the garden, seem to not mind rain or wind, and blend in well with the real shrubs. If you are going to the evergreen tree and shrub office to buy, its a bit disappointing, there is no display set up of the products they sell, not able to stand back and view what you wish to buy, the staff were very helpful but I would have preferred to have seen all that is on their website.”

“Our palm tree arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble. It looks really good in the garden and isn't obviously "fake". We're really pleased with our purchase. Thank you Evergreen!”

“Very happy with the item purchased and intend buying another. Thought the deliver was a bit concerning. I purchased a 1.5mtr boxed hedge that arrived on a pallet in the back of a van with only one delivery person. The back of the van was a metre from the ground and he was expected to manhandle the pallet from the back of the van to the ground. He was a very nice person and I would give him 10 out of 10 for customer service, and while I am sometimes dismissive of health and safety issues this certainly concerned me in terms of him suffering an injury while unloading.”

“I ordered four artificial boxwood balls. They arrived quickly but they had been badly crushed in transit. ETS quickly arranged for the delivery of replacements and the collection of the damaged ones. The quality/value of the items is excellent. Had it not been for the initial damaged delivery I would have rated ETS as "Excellent"”

“We did not have to wait too long for the plants which arrived in good condition. The standard was close to that of their real counterparts. Impressed with the quality. The only niggle was that delivery was to the pavement outside and not to our office within the building - for the large plants (8ft high), they were quite heavy and required our own manpower to move them from the pavement to our office on the 1st floor. Otherwise very pleased with the product.”
