“Dealt with a polite helpful lady who took the order. I was pleased with the delivery of the artificial tree which was quick. The packaging was undamaged but I was unhappy though with the tree which had lost nearly a dozen leaves which I found loose in the box. All okay now as I reaffixed most of the leaves, needing to drill the stem to put the larger branches/leaves back on. The tree now looks good in our conservatory.”

“These geraniums look good from a distance. I have them in an upstairs window. Up close, however, the very thin stems give the game away. With thicker, geranium size stems and less shine on the leaves, they would be perfect.”

“We needed a plant to fill a space in our conservatory. As we are not keen gardeners an artificial plant was needed. Evergreen shrubs gave us the choice we were seeking. Our plant looks real and blends in with our existing floral arrangements.”

“The hedge arrived in good condition and was very realistic in appearance which was pleasing. However I was disappointed in that (i) the top was rounded when I had expected it to be flat (ii) it was not as high as I had planned. I experienced difficulty ordering by phone as the lady taking the order did not have detailed knowledge of how the hedge was constructed and the effect of foliage depth would have on overall result - probably only critical when an exact measurement is required. In the end I gave measurements ignoring foliage. I had second thoughts about my depth measurement and e-mailed a request for a change. This was agreed by return e-mail but on the e-mail notifying despatch the original depth was quoted. Somehow this resulted in the hedge actually having the depth I wanted!!! The height was less than I wanted because the 25cm I quoted was used to form the height and half the depth because of the rounding. However I have overcome this by raising the hedge on blocks which do not show and overalI am pleased with the result. It would be much easier were it possible to order bespoke hedges on line guided by clear diagrams showing how the hedge is constructed and what measurements are needed. Perhaps this is covered by the video referred to on your DIY page but which appears to be missing!”

“The red geranium looks lovely in a pot in my front garden (there are some real ones in another pot!). The only thing that makes it not "perfect" is that the leaves are a bit shiny. But I am very pleased, and intend to buy 2 more!”

“Ordered one day and delivered by lunchtime the following day. Spoke to one of the telephone operatives who was really helpful. The artificial Kentia Palm was as expected and difficult to tell from a real specimen until right up close. Already enhanced the look of my conservatory.”
