“Sales people really good - and products excellent. However. delivery guy didn't ring ahead as requested. It was only by chance that someone was on site when he arrived.”

“Probably not of the highest quality of other (much more expensive) suppliers but satisfactorily realistic. Ordering process is quick and easy and delivery very rapid. On the whole I am very pleased.”

“While the products weren't exactly what i was looking for the customer service was excellent. I asked for help to pick up a large box and they immediately responded, sent couriers and agreed to refund me without any qualms. Polite, responsive and professional customer service.”

“Good product that considerably enhances the appearance of my apartment's balcony. However, the product is a faff to set up requiring the tedious and time-consuming placement of wet, guey, gravel into the corners of the pot with a tea-spoon. This really should be done during the manufacturing process.”

“they are really lifelike ivies, unfortunately one of the stems was minus a large amount of leaves, but I have arranged it so that it does not show, I would have given the extra star had they been perfect.”

“Perfect artificial shrubs for our balcony. Most people don't realise they are not real. Always look good and don't need watering! Hurrah!”

“Reliable plants.. Especially topiary.,shrubs and tees Execellent service . Very efficient . All the guys in Covent Garden are the best. We will continue to buy from evergreen having done so for the last 18 years”
