“Wee needed three 5ft high trees and the ones we ordered on line had changed, but Jenny contacted us and changed the order to three alternatives which were delivered the following day and are great quality and look excellent. So we are very happy with the service we received.”

“I don't normally write reviews, and I was quite worried about buying an expensive plant 'unseen', but I am delighted with the product. It came extremely well parcelled, particularly for such a big plant, and is remarkably authentic, especially the peeling stem which can be the failing of many artificial plants. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again or to recommend you to friends. Thank you.”

“I was disappointed when I received cyclamen plant. It was completely flat! A week later it is now looking more like a plant as I have been continually spreading out branches and flowers. Perhaps you need to review packing!”

“This was a present for Christmas, and we were a bit aprihensive over it. " will it look real. Will it look as good as the picture"? Well apart from other been a lot bigger than I thought ( which isn't a bad thing) it is beautiful. It looks so real and is full of flowers and greenery. We are going to buy another one for mothers day to go with it.”

“I ordered charcoal planters and plants , when they came they were silver. Charcoal in my opinion is quite dark , sort of graphite grey and the colour on the website looked quite dark. The lady on the phone was pleasant , explained this was their charcoal and not silver. When I said I was not happy with this she said they would take them back and a collection could be arranged. They arranged a collection to take them back . Charge £20. I’m writing this on the day of collection it’s 18.00 , I’ve waited since 8 am and I’m still waiting for the collection. I would suggest that the description given of items should be a definite colour which would have of avoided this issue.”

“I couldn't believe how quickly my artificial shrub arrived, despite the awful weather conditions that delayed it by a day getting from Yorkshire to Essex. I was emailed to say it would be delayed, which was very good of you. I haven't opened the box yet to look at the plant as it is a Christmas present. Can't wait for 25th December to have a look at it. Judging from the leaf that is poking out of a hole in the box I think it's going to look lovely in my conservatory. And such a reasonable price too. Thank you very much.”
