“My plant delivered on time and was as expected, so I was largely happy with my purchase. I wouldn't recommend getting the classico planter for this plant as as you can see, it's a bit too large for it. It took a bit of time for me to unfold all the leaves and get it looking okay, but I suppose that'll always be the case considering how it's packaged up. I was pleased with the end result. There were no instructions for the gravel - I thought it'd just be dry gravel I could shake into the planter, but it was all wet (which as I know now to have been some sort of adhesive). I distributed it in the pot and then left to dry for a few days until it became hard. Be careful when doing this as the gluey gravel mixture can go all over the place if you're not careful! All in all I was pleased, if a little baffled by the pot options they suggest to you (it really is too big), but I will be glad to make future purchases with evergreen direct.”

“sorry but we wre disappointed with the look of the shrubs. They are very plasticky to look at and the colours are unnaturally bright. Maybe we would be better looking for fabric versions”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback Lisa. The products you bought from us are outdoor products and in order to ensure they are UV stable they need to be made from a plastic material as opposed to a fabric. The plastic also is important from a durability point of view and ensures the plants longevity when left outdoors. We do have some finer detailed plants suitable for indoor use if you would prefer to replace with these. If you would like to arrange this then simply give me a call on 01751417776. “I love the basket!! it is very realistic! I was concerned as I am fully aware that they can look tacky. I bought this as a Christmas present for my Mum, as she has always loved her garden and now that she is very frail she can no longer water. I hope she loves it. The delivery was excellent, very well packaged and super fast. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“Very pleased with the Ferns, we have placed them (two) in large planters on our new decking, the colour and overall effect is very realistic especially when the fronds are arranged to resemble a real fern, I would say they are as good as it gets for artificial plants.”

“Excellent products (I ordered a pair of 40cm diameter deluxe buxus balls and medium charcoal cubic planters). Fast delivery, well packaged. I hope my daughter will love them too - they are for her balcony in London and are a Christmas gift. Highly recommended!”

“Really good quality product. I am a keen gardener, but the realistic appearance still impressed me. It arrived as promptly as promised and although the box was badly bent in transit, the bamboo had been tied securely inside and suffered no damage. I have bought it as a Christmas present for my son and daughter in law to add greenery to a city balcony.”
