“Plants really pretty and realistic. One plant was not up to standard and when I complained Harriet was most apologetic and sent a replacement immediately. No complaints at all about the plants or the service I received. Would definitely use your company again.”

“I phoned because I'd put the wrong email address in and was worried about it; charming lady I spoke to about it and when the hand made items arrived they did so very promptly after order date and I was extremely happy with the order...exceeded my expectations. If anything,I would say the photos on your website let down how good your actual finished product is. Maybe you could improve this for people that visit your site in the future. I bought the hanging baskets. Very happy indeed.”

“Receiving the parcel was fine, no probs with the delivery, and no damage to the box. The colours and fabric of the flowers inside are good, but all flowers were very squashed, and they still have not recovered into seemingly normal-looking plants. Also, there were glue-strands left between all the stems & blooms.”

“Bought the Boston Fern for our conservatory since it is too warm to grow anything there. Arrived quickly and after arranging the leaves into a natural shape it looks tremendously authentic and just like the real thing. Highly recommended.”

“Very disappointed in how the cyclamen looked. They looked very artificial. I bought some topiary bushes before and they were excellent so I was surprised.I have returned them and now awaiting refund. delivery was excellent very fast.”
