“The palm was realistic and well made. It adds the height and drama of an established palm and softens the edges of a fully tiled shower room. The rich colour provides a contrast with the neutral tile colour. It adds interest to the shower room and is low maintenance. I couldn't ask for more - it exceeded my expectations and looks as I intended.”

“Great service, quick delivery, lovely looking trees. However, first winter gusts of wind and we lost 4 branches instantly. Not good enough for £60 per tree that are supposed to be ‘outdoor’ friendly. Waste of money.”

It is normal for a couple of leaves to become loose, but the branches certainly shouldn't be coming loose.
