“over all my wife and I where both pleased with our purchase but disappointed when a number of leaf arrangements fallout of the box when opened.The box was not damaged at all and it was removed from off of the tree carefully. We have tried to refit these small pieces as they obviously can be refitted but without success .Perhaps you can help?”

“I expected the plants to be less sparse for the money they were far from substantial for the money. I am 75 now and had a part of the garden hard to maintain and thought clusters of the plastic ones would help. I would have had to spend a lot more money to make them at least fairly visible. I am sure they would be ok if I had been able to afford more and cluster them together.”

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in your products. These plants are £3.95 each and are usually considered by our customers great value for money as they are UV stable and Flame retardant item. We do not like to have disappointed customers so you are of course very welcome to return them for a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied, if you give me a call on 01751417776 I can arrange this for you. “I ordered a Verigated Ficus tree, it was delivered on time and well packaged. However, on unpacking the tree, three branches fell off, one branch was missing, and the tops of the main wooden stems were painted in a very dark stain, instead of a stain that was much less noticeable. We also ordered another plant that should have been sent as well, this was missing. I phoned the company, they were apologetic, sent the missing branch, together with the missing plant, and we received it within a couple of days. I glued other branches back on and painted branches in lighter stain. Disappointing”

Thank you for taking the time to pass on this feedback to us. This is not the kind of service or product quality we pride ourselves on. We do our up most and take a lot of time and effort to package things as best we can to avoid damage in transit but when dealing with fragile products, sometime due to factors outside our control this is occasionally this is unavoidable. We do our up most to resolve any issues regarding damage as quickly as we can and hope that by the time this issues has been resolved we are left we a happy satisfied customer.
