“I expected the plants to be less sparse for the money they were far from substantial for the money. I am 75 now and had a part of the garden hard to maintain and thought clusters of the plastic ones would help. I would have had to spend a lot more money to make them at least fairly visible. I am sure they would be ok if I had been able to afford more and cluster them together.”

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in your products. These plants are £3.95 each and are usually considered by our customers great value for money as they are UV stable and Flame retardant item. “I ordered a Verigated Ficus tree, it was delivered on time and well packaged. However, on unpacking the tree, three branches fell off, one branch was missing, and the tops of the main wooden stems were painted in a very dark stain, instead of a stain that was much less noticeable. We also ordered another plant that should have been sent as well, this was missing. I phoned the company, they were apologetic, sent the missing branch, together with the missing plant, and we received it within a couple of days. I glued other branches back on and painted branches in lighter stain. Disappointing”

Thank you for taking the time to pass on this feedback to us. This is not the kind of service or product quality we pride ourselves on. We do our up most and take a lot of time and effort to package things as best we can to avoid damage in transit but when dealing with fragile products, sometime due to factors outside our control this is occasionally this is unavoidable. We do our up most to resolve any issues regarding damage as quickly as we can and hope that by the time this issues has been resolved we are left we a happy satisfied customer. “My bamboo trees look realistic. They were a bit narrow in width compared to pictures so I had to order 2 more at an unplanned extra cost, to screen a gate. The charcol grey pots look silver which is a disappointment, wish I'd ordered black ones. The plants however look lovely.”

“Product good quality and advice given over the phone to make the plants look their best. I ordered a plant in a pot, box wasn't damaged so signed for it only to find the the pot was damaged. When I phoned the company they apologised and immediately arranged for it to be collected and a replacement delivered. They even agreed to me changing the colour of the pot. Excellent Service overall.”

“ordered exterior geraniums,pansies and grasses for a window box in an inaccessible spot where watering and care is awkward and they look fine and whatts more important is that the resident who has to look at them day in day out is very pleased with them.”
