“I ordered two artificial Dracaena plants from Evergreen. They arrived within days of my ordering them. They were nicely and carefully packaged. I was very pleased with the plants - I think they are good value for money. Very pleased with Evergeen!”

“The Podocarpus trees I ordered surpassed my expectations for an artificial replacement for the real thing. This together with the help and advice I received from the sales team was exemplary one could not ask for more I may seem a little effusive but compared to many other Internet suppliers evergreen were secial”

“Great product we will certainly order more. Feedback: offer Saturday as a standard option on your website - the majority of people in the country do not stay home all day 9-5 and have to work for a living! Your staff kindly arranged this for me but would be better to pick it as a standard option. Secondly, the small stones which needed to be added to the pot were super slimy and hard to pour in without spilling. Wouldn’t it be easier to do this at your end and then just package tightly? Would have been a better “out of box experience””

Good morning and thankyou for your feedback which we always try to listen to. Unfortunately we could not offer Saturday delivery as standard as our couriers Saturday delivery charges are quite hefty. Regarding the pre-glued stones, the stones are coated in glue so will always be a litle slimey when coming out of the bag, it is quite simply a case of snipping the corner of the bag and pouring onto the top of your planter where you would normally see the soil. Over the years we have found it much better to do this in the final position of the display as sometimes if we were to put the stones on top before dispatch and the planter got knocked in transit, a few stones may become loose and damage the planters. I hope this goes someway to explaining your queries.
