***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** would leave 0 stars if it was an option! Customer services is the worst I have come across! purchased stainless steel unit, general check over on delivery (corner damage dents etc) but when I went to install there was a big dent on the underside probably caused by a forklift and empire are refusing to replace. £300 down the drain!!

Highly Disappointed! Appalling Customer Service! Ordered a bottle cooler and glass washer for a new store that is currently getting built. After receiving the cooler realised that we had infact ordered the wrong item - our fault we totally understand. Contacted empire, spoke to Abbey, who spoke fair and said there may be a solution if I was to follow up with some photos of the fridge and explanation of the item I wished to order. As discussed I forwarded on photos, explained I was happy to order another item if we could arrange something for the collection of the cooler I accidentally ordered. After emailing abbey I received an email from Samantha at customer service with a list of returns policies. No answer to my query that I raised with Abbey, which left me a little sour. Called this morning to discuss this with the team. Spoke to a member of the team who did not give their name. After explaining the situation I received an answer of NO. No explanation just a very abrupt NO. I then tried to explain again to be cut short with again NO. There was no consideration/customer service from this woman just an attitude that wanted to tell me I had no option but to return. Unfortunately I do not have a name for this member of staff. She was very abrupt, rude, aggressive and had no consideration for my individual needs/requirements and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. Highly disappointed that a simple human error cannot be worked around and no help offered. It is unfortunate but we are now left no other option but to take our growing businesses elsewhere. It seems to be this company is very helpful to begin with, once they have received payment for your items they are happy and no longer want to deal with you. Avoid at all costs! Will not be using them again! Maybe they should treat the staff to some customer service training!

They say items in stock which means in stock with their supplier in the Netherlands. 18 days later and still no item now having to open a case with my credit card company for a refund. Cowboy 🤠🤠 outfit.

Even having received a text and email for delivery we have not received our delivery before Christmas. Even before placing order the company gave commitment to get it delivered. But refused to deliver at the 11th hour. Our dough machine was broken and on empires commitment we didn’t organise any back up and now we will lose the business because of not fulfilling their commitment. Have never seen such an unprofessional and dodgy people. Will never recommend to anyone ever and will never buy anything from these people again. We run almost 6 stores and we are taught a very good lesson by empire as they are the least reliable people.

DO NOT UsE THIS COMPANY!! No orders turn up and they just take your money. You call them and they are completely rude and couldn't care less. We will be claiming against VISA.

Rip off I bought Atosa Ice-A-Cool Double Door Upright Fridge: Come with 2 years Full warranty The Fridge was faulty - it heats up and water leaks everywhere from the fridge and stays at the bottom. I had stored around £600 worth of food in the fridge had all went bad. I had called the company to explain that the fridge was faulty but I was told that my warranty doesn’t cover this issue, despite the product comes with 2 years full warranty. They also asked me for a £120 deposit in order for an engineer to come expect the fridge. I will never use this company off as it seems your products are nothing more then lies and a rip off.

would rather leave zero stars but no option! the fridge received damaged they have refused to do anything about it leaving blame with us! even have video proof of damage! would not recommend this company at all avoid! wish i had read others reviews before purchasing as now stuck with a damaged item!

Debbie provided the worst customer service experience I've ever come across. I had a faulty part on a brand new fridge and asked for a replacement part. None of her emails offered a solution, the warranty wouldn't cover it and it was too much trouble for her to order a new part from her supplier. I have never come across such unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. This was after the fridge arrived on its side which had damaged and broken all of the doors so we had to have another sent out, which also came on its side but was fortunately not damaged.

Avoid this company they are quick to take to your money but ignore you when theres a problem with the item... bought a drinks cooler after 4 weeks it stopped cooling the current temperature of the cooler is 22 degrees its warmer in the fridge than outside and i had to fill out a form online which j have still no call ive contacted consumer rights as the woman on the phone would not disguss the problem she is very rude even stated that my rights are differeny when buying from a commercial company than buying from a domestic company well i know my rights im now stuck with a fridge that doesnt work apparently im supposed to get a call from a manager to discuss the problem no call as yet my hubby as a birthday party this saturday with no drinks cooler what a rip off company pay a bit extra folks at least you will have peace of mind that you havent paid for scrap metal i will never buy from these again oh im taking this further!!!! Companys like this need exposing!!!

Super fast delivery & great customer service. I ordered an electric grill and it arrived the very next morning, I had delivery information sent to my mobile keeping me updated. Upon opening my delivery I noticed the side of the grill had 2 dents in the side which looked like it had been damaged in transit. I contacted Empire Supplies straight away and spoke with a helpful lady called Emma who asked for pictures to be sent across. I sent this across and within an hour I had a response back from Emma offering a partial refund for the damage which I was happy to accept. Great customer service & product, thanks again!

Having set up my account to purchase my display fridge- I called the office to find out delivery times. Abbey was firstly very polite, friendly and efficient. She was to the point and quick to help. I phoned back as I hadn’t received my email and spoke to Samantha. It turned out I had set my email incorrectly and so Samatha re sent the email Abbey had already sent. Again, I got friendly, efficient customer service! I had to phone back again- as I had made a complete mess of my details and had given my home address and not the shop. With 2 hours before delivery- Nicola helped me out,abd made sure my mistake was rectified. 3 times I called- each gave excellent customer service. This made a huge impression and apart from the great prices- the customer care was the icing on the cake for me!

Great customer service from Emma! Emma was very helpful, I needed to order some stainless tables and a undercounter fridge. Emma was able to advise me on some products for me to look at, advised that delivery would be next day if I ordered before 3pm.. and it did! Great customer service & great company - will recommend!
