Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “I spoke to Abbie in sales who was superb, I highly recommend the Empire 30L manual boiler and without Abbie our event would not have happened. She helped me with the model and ew ordered 2, she followed up with a call and she sorted out an issue. Great customer services, superb, especially Abbie.”

“Ordered some additional shelves for my drinks cooler. The courier managed to bend one on route, contacted Empire and Samantha arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next day, which it then was. Could not praise Samantha's actions enough and Empire is a great company to use for my business. All communication is quick and accurate and customer service gets a 5-star from me. Would recommend.”

“Our 3 Yr old freezer which has been only used in a domestic setting stopped working our engineers contacted empire to acquire parts and was given an email address in China who took 7 days to reply and are unable to provide the information to aquire the parts. After sale service is terrible. If you need a freezer for a commercial premises my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Extremely happy with the service received. I purchased a triple bar cooler a few years ago, still running fine no problem. Unfortunately I couldn't remember where I bought it from and had to go elsewhere for a new double one. Next Day Catering, terrible company. Luckily I found an old email from empire so could re use this them. Ordered came on time with plenty of communication on both sides, very professional. Only possible down side was it was stated to check the product on delivery. I received the delivery about 7pm from memory, in the dark. It was clear the driver, who was again polite and professional, had more stops and had been busy all day. With that in mind I made the decision to accept it unchecked and in the very unlikely case there was something amiss I would take that up the next day. Overall I was very impressed with the whole transaction and company Well done”

“I am a new restaurant owner very anxiously pls e a big order on empire supplies for the very dust time. I purchased 3 sinks, 2 extraction hoods annd two long metal tables and finally had to return two of my sinks due to my space overestimate. I received the goods in great condition on delivery and received my refund very fast too. The delivery process is well informed on the day of delivery. “I'm so glad that I chose Empire Supplies. I ordered one 1500mm wide and 1800mm wide stainless steel wall worktop. They are in good quality. As our house is a bit difficult to find, Tia from Customer Service assisted me to speak to the courier company for arrangement. She is very helpful and responsive, best customer service 👍. “hello guys really dont belive i bought this company 3 grill cookers few more , when you buy custumer service very friendly but when some have isue or foulty after few months custumer service wasnt friendly sadly they tell you story i had still am waiting last few monts part. i never ever buy againg from empire and i really dont recoment anyone”
