Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “Empire supplies provide excellent prices and are always quick to respond to quotation requests and deliver speedily and on time . Unfortunately they recently delivered an Upright freezer with a continental plug. We had just finished a complete new commercial kitchen installation and the client was due to open the next day. However Emma came to the rescue and organised for the correct Freezer to be delivered the next day. The original one was also collected at the same time. The client was extremely impressed at the service and was able to open as planned. Emma dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and even bothered to check with me the following day that all had gone to plan. Excellent service thank you Janet Davies, Director”

“I have dealt with other companies that supply catering equipment and you can never get through to them on the phone and when you do it's usually a case of "computer says no". Empire are a breath of fresh air, great prices and quick delivery, brilliant. “Severn Trent will not accept the 12l automatic grease trap. we run a small commercial kitchen with a single sink which the product is made for but is not suitably compliant. After phone call to empire all they did was say sorry and would i like to buy the larger unit. Please check with water authority before buying!”

“Do not buy a freezer from this company after sales service is non-existent, I could not find a technician to repair a P2 fault, Empire could not tell me what a P2 fault was, guarantee is parts only, after only a few months I have had to scrap it, the temp shown by appliance was always colder than the actual internal temperature tested by probe which never reached -18c”
