“We purchased a panini machine back in january and one side developed a fault. It has been weeks now since communicating the problem and we still do not have any answer as to what will be done. A years warranty is fine if you do something about it. I have done all the chasing without resolution.”

I have looked into this for you and we have advised that the factory is sending the parts required. We have chased this up today and will come back to you with an expected delivery date as soon as possible. As a gesture of goodwill, we have sent you a gift voucher to apologise for the less-than-satisfactory service you have received so far and we will do our best to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

“No issues with the products but it was down to me to arrange delivery essentially. I had absolutely no idea one of the items had been shipped and was coincidentally at the address when it arrived with no warning. This meant I was left with a large fridge on my doorstep with no one to help. Not great service. One item arrived wrong and the exchange was a simple process from customer services.”

“I ordered three-section drinks fridge which arrived on time. I filled in the delivery notes to say it was for a room on the first floor. Upon arrival, the delivery driver was alone and reported that he was here just to drop off a pallet. The box was upright and strapped to a pallet which had to be put in the garage or left outside. I observed an internal banging when the pallet was put on the floor and that the box should have been transported horizontally (arrows on the side of the box). I opened the box and found two doors displaced and a door-closing weight free to swing. A week later the fridge is still in the garage until I can find some help. Rather disappointed.”
