Empire Supplies was established in 2010 with our mission to supply high quality catering products at great, affordable prices. Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “I made a first time order for my business from empire supplies, my commercial fryer arrived the next day, however the grill I needed was out of stock, so I received an email from Emma Walker in customer services, and she offered me other options, unfortunately I needed the specific grill I ordered, I received a prompt email back from Emma, saying she had secured one for me and would have it shipped out next day. I’ve rarely seen a customer service this good and efficient. “1) Goods as advertised. 2) Speedy delivery. 3) There were some small defects on the item so I left a message on their customer service. Had a reply the following morning and two days later had part of the order refunded and money in my account. Excellent customer service from Abbie. This is a completely different experience from a competitor of theirs where I returned this item, received totally indifferent customer service and had to wait several weeks to get my money back.”
