Our products range from refrigeration, cooking appliances, stainless steel fabrication, such as sinks and tables, dishwashers, food preparation equipment, trolleys, shelving, beverage machines and much more. We are also the biggest supplies in the UK of our ECO - friendly grease traps which are required in every new commercial kitchen or cafe. “I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I had a couple of issues with a wrong item sent and damaged item. But I have to give Abbie 5 stars for the aftersales service as both my issues were sorted straight away and she kept in touch to make sure everything was corrected.”

“Ordered a 138 ltr bottle cooler which was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately the plug got damaged in transit, but having contacted Emma, she was able to help resolve this quickly and to our satisfaction. Great customer service. We are very happy with the product and would recommend.”

“Although the product was available online for next day delivery I received an email the following day stating it was out of stock. Had to buy a more expensive option in order to keep my business running smoothly. was then told that delivery would not be until Monday. Many thanks to Emma Cross who resolved my issue and arranged next day delivery for me. Excellent customer service on her behalf!”

“We ordered a stainless steel sink. There were problems as the first delivery was the wrong product and the second was damaged. The third sink we are very happy with and the build quality seems very good. Our main contact in customer services was Abbey Robins, who was friendly and dealt with our problems very quickly. Despite initial problems we would very much recommend this company, because of the quality of the product received and the excellent our problems were dealt with.”

“Ordered a double door beer fridge delivery was excellent had a phone call from the delivery company to inform the day of delivery and then a phone call one hour before delivery on the day and the driver tackled a narrow entrance no problem.my fridge looks great proper smart I would recommend this company”

“Bottle fridge delivered one day later than the advertised 3 to 5 days. Not bad. Customer service was good, with Debbie checking with the delivery driver and informing me accurately that delivery would take place on that day. It actually came within 2 hours of thar call. So far, so good.”
