“Great experience. First is was super easy to sign up and register with Emergenca Assist. Then only 5 days into my contract I unfortunately already had to use their help I had a flat tyre. :-O. A super friendly support telefonist Rob. He called me back to let me know sorry and that it really would be 90 mins.. Then the breakdown service came with a tow lorry (just in case) and the driver put my spare wheel on. The Driver was hardly with me ... Rob from EA called the tow lorry driver to see if he had gotten there alright. And abt. 45 mins. later Rob fom EA called the driver again to see if the job had been done and everything went alright. The driver from the breakdown service then later told me during a wee chat that he really loved working with EA. And that they were great. Always straight on the job... no quibbles ... always pay straight away.... and so on .... So all in all a great experience apart from having to sit and wait... and then later the hassle of getting new tyres... ;-).”

“This is is my third year with the company. I have always found them pleasant to deal with and I received the information about renewal three weeks before hand. I have found that all correspondence has been easy to understand. I have recommended the company to family and friends.”

“Great breakdown service equally as good as much higher priced companies. My 3rd year as a member and I have used the breakdown service both at home and on the road with no complaints! I would recommend Emergency Assist to anyone for peace of mind.”

“Difficult to rate as I've not had cause to use which is why I've only rated as acceptable. However I think it should be made clearer in the schedule that call out for puncture repair includes vehicles where they only have the emergency repair kit and not any form of spare wheel, which none of the manufacturers provide now.”

“I renewed my policy last week and unfortunately broke down yesterday. Call was answered very quickly and help arrived in one hour. Recovery driver took my car to a local garage and I also received a courtesy call after to check that I was ok. Great service, thank you very much to all who helped me.”

“My renewel was much more than results from the search engine on the internet. I called up spoke to a nice guy who came up with an acceptable alternative price. It’s a pity on every renewel from any supplier we the consumer always have to call up and barter a better deal!”
