“Thankfully, I have not had to use the Emergency Assist so far but, if the service I have received from all concerned with Emergency Assist Ltd to date ,regarding helpfulness,non intrusive correspondence and especially price, I really do not have much to worry about. Really impressed with the wee extras offered this year. Wonderful value at a fraction of the price.”

“Easy to arrange on line sensible price have not had to use the service yet fingers crossed, but sure they will do what they say they will if I do, for the price it worth it for peace of mind.”

“I have been using Emergency Assist for a year now and recently renewed as well as getting cover for both my sons. I have has to call for assistance four times in the last year and each time the service has been faultless, always being polite, professional and helpful. I would recommend without reservation.”

“It took an exceptionally long time to get through on the telephone, two attempts of which the last was over 20 mins. I was a new customer looking to sign up but had a question first of all. It nearly put me off but once I got through the advisor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so I signed up.”

“When it looks like I was going to be overcharged for my renewal they looked into it and reduced it saving me going somewhere else.So a good customer experience on that level.”
