“only been a member for 1 year but have joined again this year as reasonable price for my requirements and even if have had to contact them always been polite courtious and spoke to me as a respected member and sorted any queries i had in a satisfactory outcome. hope to have another year of stress free membership.”

“I shredded a rear offside tyre on the M1 at a busy time on a Sunday. The repair agent arrived in about 45 minutes and cheerfully fitted my spare wheel. Service was speedy and effective. Thank you Mr. repair man! Paul Davies.”

“I can thoroughly recommend Emergency Assist Ltd. I was in fleetwood when my car broke down and was brought back to to my local garage about 60 miles. The mechanic was very pleasant and arrived within the hour which i thought was very good. I am now in my third year as a relay customer and for value and price the service is excellent.”

“Nice emergency assistance in a fair price. They helped me when my battery went dead last winter and came within an hour from call. It’s good to have one cause you never know when you’ll need it.”

“Great experience. First is was super easy to sign up and register with Emergenca Assist. Then only 5 days into my contract I unfortunately already had to use their help I had a flat tyre. :-O. A super friendly support telefonist Rob. He called me back to let me know sorry and that it really would be 90 mins.. Then the breakdown service came with a tow lorry (just in case) and the driver put my spare wheel on. The Driver was hardly with me ... Rob from EA called the tow lorry driver to see if he had gotten there alright. And abt. 45 mins. later Rob fom EA called the driver again to see if the job had been done and everything went alright. The driver from the breakdown service then later told me during a wee chat that he really loved working with EA. And that they were great. Always straight on the job... no quibbles ... always pay straight away.... and so on .... So all in all a great experience apart from having to sit and wait... and then later the hassle of getting new tyres... ;-).”

“Great breakdown service equally as good as much higher priced companies. My 3rd year as a member and I have used the breakdown service both at home and on the road with no complaints! I would recommend Emergency Assist to anyone for peace of mind.”
