“Long wait to get anybody to answer my phone call 22 minuets later The lady who answered was very polite but I think you need more staff this was not a breakdown just a query would have been very annoying if it was a breakdown I was ringing about”

“Never had to use breakdown in 26 years of driving and always had a more well known company, yet I thould I’d save a few pennies and try these - not expecting to use them either. Within a month of taking the policy out we had a blowout on the M6 and this is when you think right I hope these deliver the service I need. I needn’t have worried as the low loader came within about an hour and took the vehicle,myself and family to (young kids too) to a nearby garage and we were all sorted and back on the road within a couple of hours. Highly recommended although I hope I never have to go through the blowout experience again.”

“I have used emergency assist for two year's now with no problems. Even changing details halfway through the policy was no trouble. The only thing is our first car covered is a kia ceed not a hyundi ceed. Our second car was not sold with a spare wheel so hope that's not a problem following a puncture.”

“I still haven't received a copy of my renewal documents. It automatically renewed having received one email telling me to renew which I forgot to do, I then noticed the money had come out my bank account!”
