“What a pleasant experience it was when I renewed my breakdown cover with you at the end of August. The lady who took my call was polite, efficient and friendly - certainly not the case with other organisations! Thank you for your excellent customer service.”

“My renewel was much more than results from the search engine on the internet. I called up spoke to a nice guy who came up with an acceptable alternative price. It’s a pity on every renewel from any supplier we the consumer always have to call up and barter a better deal!”

“Extremely friendly and helpful on phone to renew my membership as my payment card details had changed no answering phones or waiting for ages. Also found them very good 2 years ago when I need help with a flat tyre. Would never go back to the more highly advertised breakdown insurers. I like the approach that you get 6 call outs per year as it keeps the cost down for those of us who maintain our cars and sort problems promptly when they arise even though I have a 20 year old car. Good concept.”

“I have had a policy for a year and just renewed it. I haven't had to call upon the service but they were certainly prompt renewing and at a far better price than the AA or RAC for the same cover, and it was the same price as last year, which is always a bonus!”

“I can only comment on price as thankfully I've not had to call them out yet. As with any product like this you won't know how good they are until an emergency arises.”

“Only ever had one call out and that was good. However, when I phoned to renew I was on the phone for over 20 mins before I was put through to a representative. Disappointing”
