Easy to buy online, cheaper than others, change of address without admin fee and online documentation facility.

I accept that the estimated time of arrival is approximate. However when the predicted arrival time continues to slip hour by hour despite being told that the vehicle will be with me in a few minutes on two occasions, it begins to be unacceptable. When it got to 11pm and the driver was on another job, I suggested that if the mechanic was amenable I might as well wait until the morning. And I was booked in for first thing 9am the following day. No one arrived at 9, or 10. Keen to get my car to a garage, I suggested that I cancel the job and call a garage to collect my car before everything shut at lunchtime. I was told I could not do that without a fee as the job had already been booked. I understand the reasoning for this rule, but at 15 hours after my original call I had little faith that a recovery vehicle would ever arrive. Feeling that there must be a point at I could break this booking, and with the person I was speaking to unable to authorise that I asked to speak to a manager but was told there would not be anyone in the office that day.

They were very competitive in terms of price and sent an automatic email out acknowledging my membership, along with enclosing downloadable documents setting out the terms and conditions. I have not had to call them for breakdown recovery as I only just joined on Monday 12th.

The only problem I've encountered with this company is the phone line. It was engaged for ages and then when I eventually got through it took ages for me to get through the options before a real person answered. Ihope that this can be rectified soon.

Not entirely happy as, the day after I bought this I was sent an email from another company offering the same cover from 2gether at half the price I paid, when I asked about cancelling I was told I would have to pay £10 even though I was in the 14 day cooling off period. Very poor customer service.

I have only just purchased this policy online but had a few questions. I therefore rang the customer services on a few occasions and both times was spoken to quite rudely and felt rushed as though they wanted me to get of the phone as soon as possible. I have never experienced this before and felt quite saddened. I may have been unlucky with the 2 people I spoke to and the rest may be fine but it was not a very pleasant experience.

Having just purchased breakdown cover from 2Gether, and not had a breakdown yet, its impossible to comment on the service provided. When and if we do have a breakdown, you can be sure we will provide comments then.

I took out 2Gether some years ago but never needed it thank goodness. However, after a stay in hospital when car wasn't being used for several weeks I called them and they were there within 45 minutes and sorted out car straight away. Have just renewed.

Have only just taken out breakdown cover with 2gather and have not had cause to call for assistance. The reason for changing my provider was cost and value for money.

They eventually got someone to come out and pick up the car (hence why I gave an acceptable mark). However, I wouldn't recommend breaking down on a weekend because they were completely unhelpful and I had to wait until the Monday to get them to arrange someone to come out. I had managed to reach my destination on the Saturday morning and my clutch had gone. They asked me to tell them which garage I wanted to get my car towed to although I had told them that I was 300 miles from home and didn't know the area. They then said that there wasn't much that they could do because there wasn't likely to be any garages open on a Saturday afternoon!! I gave up and called them back on the Monday to tow my car to a garage.

2Gether offer the same or better cover than most other providers but for a much more palatable price. I have obtained exactly the cover I need for the best price that I have had for some years now, and am quite pleased that my last provider considerably raised their prices causing me to look for other provision. Well done 2Gether. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

I purchased breakdown cover on the 04th September, I'm still to receive any paperwork. I don't even have a telephone number to call in the event of a breakdown. Not happy at all.

i have only just purchased breakdown cover but it seems very reasonably priced for what you get although i am hoping not to have to use it lol. if i do i will write another review on their service.

So far think it's really good value, time will tell. Would have been nice to have a freephone tel number when you have to ring if you breakdown, but you can't have everything!
