“I was travelling yesterday on my own from Redditch to Whitchurch Bristol in heavy snow showers. Stopped to clean windows opened bonnet to check water in the washer and could not realise the bonnet called you for assistance and was told I had to pay 98 pound call out. I am discussed that I got no help. I am a lady in my mid 70s traveling alone and thought I was covered. I could not drive a car with the bonnet open so why is this not classed as a broke down. I am disgusted with your service. I”

“When I telephone to say my car was not starting I was told someone would be with me in about 60 - 90 but they actually arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional and put jump leads on my battery but it worked out it was not my battery but a fuel consumption issue, he offer to take my car to nearest garage but I declined and said I would contact the garage myself as they do not have parking outside so it would have been difficult to take my car, the garage have agreed to collect my car.”
