“Hope i never need to use the company if i have a breakdown if the length of time the customer service take to answer a call,but when they did get around to answer my call it was delt with quickly and they where helpfull.”

“I have had this policy for years, the one time I needed them for a jump start I was told my vehicle was too close to the house. I asked if I could upgrade, they said no, I asked if there was anything I could do to get my vehicle started, they said no there was nothing. They were useless, I have recommended all my friend to do what I have done and go to Green Flag, they are professional, they know how to treat customers.”

“The price compared to others is fantastic. I originally purchased this through Wowcher & I’m happy to say I received a renewal price for the same amount as last year, obviously I accepted it. The only time I have called the breakdown line was accidentally but my call was answered extremely quickly.”

“The service was fine - once it arrived. I was told someone would be with me within an hour, but eventually had to wait over 2.5 hours for the recovery vehicle to arrive. I was told this was due to other accidents in the area, and as I was in a safe place, couldn't really make a fuss about this, but I was frustrated by the delay and by the fact that I wasn't kept up to date. I have however decided to renew my policy and give it a try for another year.”

“I received a renewal notice for membership at £49. Groupon had the "at home" membership online for £24. The agent I spoke to knew nothing about it and insisted there was no Groupon deal at such a low cost. He asked me to screenshot and email it to customer services. I suggested to save me time, that he check the deal on Groupon. Disinterested in my call. Membership purchased via Groupon.”
