I was travelling yesterday on my own from Redditch to Whitchurch Bristol in heavy snow showers. Stopped to clean windows opened bonnet to check water in the washer and could not realise the bonnet called you for assistance and was told I had to pay 98 pound call out. I am discussed that I got no help. I am a lady in my mid 70s traveling alone and thought I was covered. I could not drive a car with the bonnet open so why is this not classed as a broke down. I am disgusted with your service.
