“This is the third year I have taken out breakdown cover and gladly I haven't had to call on their assistance for a breakdown yet, this is one reason why I gave a rating of good. What is refreshing is although I purchased the original cover through Groupon when it comes to the renewal date you are still offered the current Groupon offer price, even though it does upgrade you to premium, this is still cheaper than their competitors, and they don't try and sell you expensive cover now they have you, so thank you Emergency Assist for that and I hope the loyalty continues,this is the second reason why I awarded GOOD and hopefully if I did have to call for help in need of a breakdown then the service is very good!.”

“Got better deal on car insurance without packaged breackdown cover and then bought Emergency Assist cover for the car seperately, which worked out £80 or so cheaper.”

“It was only a phone enquiry, not a breakdown. I waited a very long time for somone to answer, eventually when she did, I was cut off after about 10 minutes. I rang back and again I waited ages for her to answer, it was the same woman. She did sort part of my enquiry out, but then gave me an alternative password to use, because I'd lost my previous password, and lo and behold it didn't work when I tried to log in, so i was so frustrated I just left it.”

“I purchased 3 emergency assist. I filled out the form for my husbands vehicle 58 plate to be informed that as it was over 10 years old it could not be covered. It’s not quite 10 years old, but I think this should be advertised before people buy, not after.”

“Was on hold for 40 minutes whilst waiting to renew my breakdown cover, was about to give up and go elsewhere when I was eventually answered, The same number is used for breakdowns, so in the unfortunate event of a breakdown, waiting 40 minutes on hold would not be acceptable”

“I have not had to use the service for a breakdown, however when I telephoned to renew my policy (which was still extremely competitive when compared on a comparison website) the lady was very efficient and the renewal took less than a couple of minutes.”

“Terrible comunication. My elderly mother had to wait hours for help. Problem allegedly fixed but it wasnt, refused to come out agin without paying nearly £100. Rude call centre staff, that's if you can get them to actually answer the phone.”

“The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly He sorted everything out and was very clear on what would happen next The recovery arrived quicker than was quoted which was great And the recovery man was very helpful Made breaking down very stress free Thank you”

“My van broke down in town and when I phoned for assistance I was told it could take 90 minutes but the truck arrived and had me taken home within 30.it was the best service I've ever had. I've been with RAC,AA and Green flag.”
