“It has come to my attention that while the company was 2gether it was much cheaper and I did need to use it a couple of times and I was very happy with the service it provided. On renewing this time I realized the price was not that good and in fact some car insurance companies offer a better breakdown cover with the insurance. So it is not such a good deal anymore and I will shop around before renewing my breakdown cover with you next year”

“Really good value- nobody wants to pay a lot for something you hope you never need! I broke down close to home & called them late one night. As it turned out I was able to sort myself out but I was reassured (being a new customer) that they would have been there for me. Have just renewed my policy and it was very straightforward.”

“Purchased another year of cover ,never had to call for assistance yet ,but at these small charges for a years full cover ,you are silly not to get this cover ,peace of mind for just 65p per week.”

“I was surprised at the speed with which you have taken my renewal fee - at least a week before it was due! It seems quite a hefty increase in price from last year - a 5% increase might have been more fitting. However, in this area whichever breakdown company one uses, it is always the same reliable garage, so that's a plus. How one would fare in a different location I have yet to find out and hopefully never will.”

“I’ve just purchased a new policy and haven’t used the breakdown support yet. The website was easy to use and the quote was very competitive. All good so far. I hope the breakdown support will also be good if I ever need it.”

“i had to use them once to bring my car to a garage as i couldnt move it out of the house. Waiting time was not worse than with other companies. The customer service on the phone was friendly and helpful , gave me perfect information - afterwards, i received a call to inform me there was a small delay and another call later on to check if everything went fine. the recovery truck that came was professional too thats why i renewed it without any hesitation”

“Arrived at the eta time, very friendly and efficient. Would have liked a call a few minutes before he arrived as I had to wait nearby but this was more so that I didn't hold him up rather than a problem for me. Couldn't ask for a better service.”
