“I have not had to call on EA personally but have had their cover for two years, and my brother-in-law has had to call them out three times and each time they have been swift and efficient. Hence I continue to register with them.”

“Never needed to call for help in the 2 years being a member, but when I did call yesterday, as I couldn't get into my car, I was told the policy doesn't cover 'faulty keys' and if I needed help, I would have to pay £120!! Very disappointed.”

“It has come to my attention that while the company was 2gether it was much cheaper and I did need to use it a couple of times and I was very happy with the service it provided. On renewing this time I realized the price was not that good and in fact some car insurance companies offer a better breakdown cover with the insurance. So it is not such a good deal anymore and I will shop around before renewing my breakdown cover with you next year”

“Really good value- nobody wants to pay a lot for something you hope you never need! I broke down close to home & called them late one night. As it turned out I was able to sort myself out but I was reassured (being a new customer) that they would have been there for me. Have just renewed my policy and it was very straightforward.”
