“I have never had to call out Emergency Assist in the past year and hope I never need to. I found the process of joining very straightforward and the price paid reflects on the benefits you get.”

“We have just taken out our second policy with Emergency Assist. Touch wood we haven't had to use their services yet, but its great knowing they are there in case of a breakdown. We got a great deal through Wowcher and cover options helped to tailor it to our needs. So far so good!”

“we had not long bought the insurance when out shopping the car broke down,we called emergency assist and in no time we were picked up ,a loan car provided and able to get home with the shopping. very happy, that's why we have renewed the cover thank's for the service you offer...”

“The only reason I gave 3* is I dont see why we should have to pay extra for an older car. I've used this breakdown for a good few years now and had only called them out twice the whole time. Yes I can understand it's more likely for it to breakdown but so can new vehicles. It's reasonably cheap but it's not that cheap when extra is on top.”

“Few days after subscribed I had an issues with my car the engine doesn't start I called them and they told me they aren't unable to help me because I just subscribed with them so, I have to wait 2 months after the purchased for help rubbish and I was really angry getting ready to go out and it was a sunday.”
