“I’ve just purchased a new policy and haven’t used the breakdown support yet. The website was easy to use and the quote was very competitive. All good so far. I hope the breakdown support will also be good if I ever need it.”

“i had to use them once to bring my car to a garage as i couldnt move it out of the house. Waiting time was not worse than with other companies. The customer service on the phone was friendly and helpful , gave me perfect information - afterwards, i received a call to inform me there was a small delay and another call later on to check if everything went fine. the recovery truck that came was professional too thats why i renewed it without any hesitation”

“Arrived at the eta time, very friendly and efficient. Would have liked a call a few minutes before he arrived as I had to wait nearby but this was more so that I didn't hold him up rather than a problem for me. Couldn't ask for a better service.”

“Not received any confirmation ( apart from this ratings request ). Is this normal? The price and options are great.. lets hope the service is as good. Not sure how many stars to give, so I will give three stars......for now, subject to further inspection.”

“I was surprised to find out that my policy was not renewed and I was never informed of the expiry. I was left in the middle of the road.The agent asked to make a payment and when I did they still said that they cant see anything in their system and was not provided with any assistance. A very bad experience.”

“Reasonable price and serious company, used 3 times for different cars and helped me quick to transport my car to my address or a garage choose by me. Perfect option for a breakdown cover.”

“Fortunately, I've never used the call out service, but its an inexpensive peace of mind service, well worth the money. One point though, my automatic renewal was due in December and I didn't notice that that the payment had not gone out of my bank, until early January. I had made several long journeys in that period and if I had broken down, I would not have been covered. So, it would be better if the company could email the customer if the payment has failed to go through.”
