“Very good value for money. We had to call on the service just before Christmas. The breakdown truck arrived within 20 mins, couldn't fix the fault, so took us home. Excellent service, we have just renewed, & would recommend.”

“So far my experience has not been good. I signed up online & waited over a week with no confirmation of my policy information. I had to then submit an online enquiry to find this information out & that's all I've had (an email with my details). Not a good impression so far.”

“Stuck in the middle of the Welsh countryside late on a Saturday evening with my old 1978 VW Campervan's dynamo completely dead wasn't something that I expected to happen - but it did. I also didn't expect the prompt service and efficient manner in which my dilemma was solved. Great service. Many thanks”

“Very good value for money. I don't receive an email confirmation of my policy so had to chase that up a few weeks after the policy commenced. Its also a shame that you don't do multi-vehicle or personal policies as have recently purchased another vehicle and would have liked to have the same cover for both, therefore,likely to purchase from another company that offers it next time.”

“Not really happy with your service 1 St you got name wrong and diva informed me I was not insured then you sent me insurance for a caravan not a car then you email me saying your cancelling insurance because I dissent give you certain information but you did not say what so far not a good service from your admin dept”
